In the late summer of 2007, the life of 29-year-old Tayon James Glover was cut short on a Thursday evening in Washington, D.C. On August 23rd, at approximately 9:55 p.m., Glover was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Girard Street, Northwest. The incident prompted an immediate response from the Metropolitan Police Department, who opened a homicide investigation into the fatal shooting. The case, however, would eventually go cold, leaving family and friends searching for answers.
