On April 7, 2009, in Greenhill, Alabama, 16-year-old Chelsie Sierra Garner was tragically killed in a domestic violence incident. Her father, Kevin Garner, fatally shot Chelsie, her mother Tammy Morgan Garner, her aunt Karen Garner Beaty, and her cousin Robert Edward "Bobby" Beaty, before taking his own life.
