On a Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C., a discovery was made that would leave a community with unanswered questions for years to come. On October 3, 2007, at approximately 9:54 a.m., police were called to the rear of 2330 Pomeroy Road, SE, behind Wilkinson Elementary School, for a report of an unconscious person.
