On a tragic November day in 2015, the life of 22-year-old Kelwanna Bruno was cut short in Mobile, Alabama. the surrounding area. It wasn't long before they located Nicholas Cortez Jones, the 23-year-old boyfriend of the victim. Jones, from the nearby city of Prichard, was taken into custody in connection with the fatal shooting.
