On July 13, 2019, at approximately 10:39 p.m., the Enterprise Police Department responded to a shooting near the 100 block of White Street in Enterprise, Alabama. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of 31-year-old Latosha Genita Jones, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Jones, a mother of two, was visiting family at the time of the incident.
