On June 11, 2022, at approximately 1:00 a.m., a shooting occurred at a party on Twin Beech Road in Fairhope, Alabama. The victim, 22-year-old Cory Terrell "C.J." Edwards Jr., was transported by personal vehicle to Thomas Hospital and later transferred to USA Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
