On the evening of July 3, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m., Anniston Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2300 block of Adams Street in Anniston, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 39-year-old Jonathan Walter Golson deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.
