In the early morning hours of Saturday, May 23, 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the predawn quiet in Southeast Washington, D.C., leaving a young man dead and a woman wounded. The male victim was later identified as 29-year-old Anthony Andre Osgood. The incident unfolded at approximately 1:07 a.m. in the rear of the 2300 block of Irving Street, SE.
