Jose Ochoa, a 17-year-old high school senior, was stabbed to death on Sunday, December 20, 2015, in the Petworth neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. A student at Paul International High School, he had aspirations of being the first in his family to attend college and had reportedly been accepted to two schools.
