A white female, 18-year-old Chloe Duke of Anchorage, Alaska, died on January 5, 2016, in what authorities determined to be a double homicide. She and her mother, 40-year-old Shannon Duke, were found fatally shot in their home in South Anchorage on Spinnaker Drive just before 7 p.m. by the father, who had returned home and discovered their bodies. The deaths were treated as domestic violence related.
