On January 28, 2016, 19-year-old Selena Annette Mullenax was found deceased near Point Woronzof in Anchorage, Alaska. A passerby walking their dog discovered her body around 8:30 a.m. Approximately an hour later, authorities located 20-year-old Foriegnne "Onie" Aubert-Morissette nearby; he was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Both victims had suffered gunshot wounds, leading investigators to treat the case as a double homicide.
