In the early hours of May 21, 2023, 23-year-old Roberto Juarez Ramos of Blountsville, Alabama, was fatally shot at the Cullman City Parking Deck. Responding to a 2:40 a.m. call, Cullman Police Department officers arrived within minutes to find Ramos deceased at the scene.
