Following the shooting of Sehhat, law enforcement officials identified Timothy James Hogland, 32, as a person of interest. When Graysville police attempted to question Hogland about the murder, the situation quickly escalated. Hogland barricaded himself inside a trailer, refusing to cooperate with the officers. In a desperate bid to escape, he leaped from a window and fled the scene in a Honda CRV, sparking a multi-agency police chase.
