Man found shot to death in his home
In the late summer of 1986, the community of Fort Lupton, Colorado, was shaken by the tragic death of Gerald J. Drieling, a 40-year-old local farmer. On August 27th, Drieling had been at a family gathering before leaving to tend to the irrigation water on his property. When he did not return after a reasonable amount of time, a concerned family member went to his house to check on him.
