David M. Williams, 22, male, was shot and killed on the evening of July 21, 2010, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Police were called at about 8:25 p.m. to the 2500 block of West Burleigh Street, where Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man who had been with him was also shot but survived. Early information indicated that both men had prior drug arrests, and detectives said they were examining whether the attack was connected to drugs or an attempted robbery.
