Omar Perdomo, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, died on August 8, 2015, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of South 18th Street.

Initially, the death appeared to be a suicide, but it was later investigated and determined to be a homicide. The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) conducted the investigation, which led to the arrest of two individuals: a 31-year-old woman from Milwaukee and a 25-year-old Milwaukee man.
