In the summer of 2015, the life of 30-year-old Omar Perdomo, a Hispanic male, was cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the night of August 8th, Perdomo, who was originally from Glendale, California, was found deceased in the neighborhood of a south side Milwaukee.
