Police believe a man was killed during an arguement
The body of Ken Casey Lee was never found, but the Kitsap County Coroner’s Office felt confident enough to issue a death certificate, with the manner of death listed as a homicide. He was last seen on October 24, 2002, and had gone out to meet with “associates” somewhere in the Seabeck area, according to Kitsap County Sheriff’s detectives.
