On a Tuesday evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of 57-year-old Miguel Medrano was tragically cut short. On October 16, 2012, at approximately 8:37 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at 1523 West Cedar Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Medrano suffering from gunshot wounds.
