On May 30, 1993, the body of 21-year-old Angela Ann Blouin was found off Crawford Farm Road in Derby, Vermont. She was discovered face-up beneath some trees, with evidence at the scene indicating that a struggle had occurred prior to her death. Blouin had been last seen alive between 1:00 and 1:30 AM at a One Stop Mini Mart in Newport City, located about three miles from where her body was found later that morning.
