Two males walking home after a party are shot and killed
On August 2, 1986, Gregory Smith, a 20-year-old from San Antonio, Texas, was murdered in a tragic and still unsolved case. Gregory was walking home with LaFrant Tyrone James after attending a party on Monterey Street. As they approached the 200 block of S. Acme Road, a vehicle with 4 to 6 Hispanic males stopped near them. It was reported that a confrontation ensued, leading to both Gregory and LaFrant being attacked.
