Albert Brown, aged 34, was found dead on January 20, 1992, in San Antonio, Texas. His body was discovered in a parked vehicle on the 4300 block of SW Loop 410. The vehicle, a 1971 blue Oldsmobile, was reported as suspicious, prompting the dispatch of police officers to investigate.
