On March 25, 2007, Sergio Garcia, age 30, was fatally shot outside his home at 4700 Maxie, Houston, Texas. Garcia and another man were sitting in a car in the driveway when they were approached by three suspects, who fired multiple gunshots into the vehicle. Both victims were struck, and Garcia was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he later died.
