Wayne Elliott Williams, aged 54, was tragically killed on February 23, 2008, in Houston, Texas. He and Pamela McGee, age 42, were found dead at an apartment located on 3402 Hadley Street in a two-story complex. A neighbor, who reported hearing gunshots around 6:30 a.m., discovered the scene when he noticed the front door of the apartment was open.
