On January 29, 2009, Fernando Garcia, age 34, was killed in a fatal shooting in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred during a robbery attempt in the west side of the city. Garcia was approached by multiple suspects who demanded money. During the encounter, Garcia was shot multiple times.
