Julio Espinoza

Julio Espinoza, aged 21, was fatally shot on March 8, 2009, in Houston, Texas. The incident took place at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot of 6352 Windswept. According to the Houston Police Department, officers responding to a call about gunfire found Espinoza lying on the ground being treated by paramedics.
