On April 8, 2009, Gary Osborne, 38, was killed in his home located in the 3300 block of Stoney Star, San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:55 am when neighbors reported hearing a commotion at Osborne's front door, followed by the sound of a door being kicked in and gunshots.
