Freddie Washington, age 67, was killed on April 11, 2009, in Houston, Texas. Her death was investigated as a homicide by the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division. Washington was found in her residence after family members reported concerns when they could not reach her. Investigators determined that the circumstances surrounding her death involved foul play, but initially, no suspects were identified, and the case went cold.
