On November 24, 2009, Fernando Mora, age 47, was killed during a violent home invasion in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:50 in the morning at Mora's residence on E. 34th Street. Mora was at home with his wife and infant child when four armed men forced their way into the house. The suspects, described as four Hispanic males, demanded money from the couple.
