On June 29, 2010, Ryan Chase Winters, 24, was found fatally shot in the 3000 block of Prospect in south Houston, Texas. His body was discovered by a passerby early in the morning, around 8 a.m. Houston police confirmed that Winters had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. Despite an investigation, police did not immediately identify any witnesses to the shooting, and the case remains unsolved.
