On September 11, 2010, Felecia Mosley, along with Pedro Flores, was found shot to death in a residence at 909 E. Line Street in Tyler, Texas. The discovery was made around 3:30 a.m., and the double homicide shocked the local community. Both Mosley and Flores were found with fatal gunshot wounds, but despite investigations and numerous leads followed by detectives, the case remains unsolved to this day.
