On June 2, 2011, Azmi Elqutobe, aged 66, was found deceased in his vehicle in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident took place on Altamesa Boulevard, where Elqutobe was shot while sitting inside his silver Toyota. Fort Worth police were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting and discovered Elqutobe already deceased upon arrival.
