On May 7, 2015, 29-year-old Jonathan Luevano was shot and killed while sitting in his tanker truck outside a QuikTrip gas station in Fort Worth, Texas. Luevano, who worked as a fuel delivery driver for Groendyke Transport, had just completed a delivery and was filling out paperwork when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Luevano was discovered unresponsive in his truck later that night by a concerned passerby who contacted emergency services.
