Death by Force

On July 29, 2007, 26-year-old Reginald Mandrale Payne-Fails was found dead in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred at an apartment in the Cherry Hill Apartments located in the Woodhaven neighborhood. Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and saw two unidentified men leaving the apartment shortly afterward.
