On April 5, 2007, Clinton Miller, aged 21, was shot and killed in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred in the yard of a house located on Forbes Court, where two suspects were seen fleeing the scene on foot. For several years, the case remained unsolved, becoming part of Fort Worth's growing number of cold cases.
