On April 30, 2010, 72-year-old Grady Fairbairn was killed in Fort Worth, Texas, near the Rainbow Lounge, a well-known local bar. Fairbairn, a retired Army lieutenant colonel, was found around 10 p.m. on a side street close to the bar, having been beaten and robbed.
