On December 18, 2012, John Miller, a 28-year-old resident of Houston, Texas, was found dead in what was determined to be a homicide. Houston Police officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Miller lying critically injured, with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate transport to a hospital, Miller succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
