Felipe Juarez, a 34-year-old resident of Houston, Texas, was fatally shot on January 28, 2013. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located at 301 West Little York. Juarez had gone there to visit friends when five armed male suspects approached him and his group in the parking lot.
