On September 4, 2013, a 37-year-old Hispanic male was discovered fatally shot in southwest Houston. A passing driver noticed the body lying on the street and alerted the authorities. Upon arrival, Houston police identified the victim as Jose Parra Zepeda. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, leading to his untimely death.
