On September 4, 2013, 37-year-old Jose De Jesus Parra Zepeda was found fatally shot in southwest Houston. His body was discovered on the side of Boone Road near Beechnut Street around 7 a.m. Investigators noted that Zepeda was often seen cleaning up trash in the area and covering up spray-painted gang symbols. Authorities are seeking information from the public to assist in solving this case. citeturn0search0
