On June 7, 2015, 31-year-old Cesar Frausto was fatally shot on San Antonio's South Side. The incident occurred in the early morning hours while Frausto was conversing with another man outside a residence in the 1400 block of Cantrell Drive. A vehicle approached, and an occupant opened fire, striking both men. The other individual managed to reach a nearby home to call for help, but Frausto succumbed to his injuries at the scene. citeturn0search2
