Cesar Gerardo Frausto, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. He was shot while standing outside and talking to a friend in the early hours of the morning in the 1400 block of Cantrell Drive. The assailant, who was in a vehicle, fired multiple shots, killing Frausto at the scene. His friend managed to escape and call for help, but Frausto succumbed to his injuries.
