Jesse Diaz, aged 27, was killed on August 6, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred following a confrontation between Diaz and his girlfriend, Mary Diaz, who was reportedly pregnant at the time. According to police affidavits, the altercation was prompted by photos Mary found on Jesse’s phone that she found objectionable. Following an argument, she shot Jesse in their shared home.
