Debney Lynn Lobanoff, a 28-year-old woman from Placerville, California, was reported missing in December 1981. Her husband claimed she left their home with two "biker-type" men after they had been experiencing marital troubles. Lobanoff's nude body was discovered months later, on July 3, 1982, by a fisherman at Slab Creek Reservoir.
