On February 11, 2007, 24-year-old Anthony Hunter was shot and killed in San Francisco. The circumstances surrounding his murder remain unresolved, and no suspects have been publicly identified. Hunter's death, which occurred in the Bayview neighborhood, contributed to the rising violence in the area at that time.
