Jamal Dixon-Lackey, aged 26, was one of three men fatally shot during a block party on July 4, 2016, in Houston, Texas. The incident took place in the Fourth Ward, in the 1300 block of Robin Street, during a neighborhood fireworks display as part of the Independence Day celebrations.
