On August 17, 2016, 22-year-old Adam Smith was found fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at an address near North Freeway. Officers from the Houston Police Department responded promptly to reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered Smith lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
