On September 17, 2016, Steven Graves, aged 56, was found fatally stabbed outside a convenience store in San Antonio, Texas. The incident took place at the Pik Nik located at 550 Ruiz Street. Around noon, Graves was seen running across the street from a vacant lot to the store, where he collapsed outside. Responding officers discovered Graves with two stab wounds—one to the heart and another on his left side. He was taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:16 p.m.
