On November 30, 2016, 51-year-old Jose Hernandez was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. at 5840 Glenmont Drive. Houston Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Hernandez with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
