On October 15, 2017, at approximately 10:40 p.m., 31-year-old Miguel Marquez was fatally shot at the Westward Square Apartments located at 6233 Gulfton Street in southwest Houston. Marquez was among four individuals gathered in a breezeway when an unknown male suspect opened fire. He was pronounced dead at the scene. citeturn0search0
