Edward Hargrove, aged 53, was fatally shot on October 23, 2017, in southeast Houston. The incident occurred late at night at a residence on Elm Tree Drive, following an altercation between Hargrove and another individual. Witnesses reported that the altercation escalated, resulting in Hargrove being shot multiple times. He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
