On July 16, 2007, Hosea Gibbs, a 34-year-old resident of Memphis, Tennessee, was found dead in a homicide case that remains largely clouded in speculation. According to the police reports and subsequent court proceedings, Gibbs was murdered as part of a gang-related incident.
