Do you know who murdered Frank?
Frank Lee Foust, aged 35, was found murdered on February 3, 1992, in downtown San Diego, California. Foust was discovered in his apartment on Broadway after the building manager went to check on him. The victim had been shot at close range with a small caliber handgun, and his death was initially treated as a robbery.
